At DMZ Paintball & Airsoft, we want to ensure you are fully equipped for your next match; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused gear in its original packaging within 30 days.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure items are in new, unused condition with all original tags, manuals, and protective packaging intact before starting your request.

  Request an RMA

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate shipping address.

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Place the items in a sturdy shipping box with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the equipment's condition, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
